ATTENTION INDIAN LAKES RESIDENTS
We are hiring a Part Time Office Assistant!
20 Hours Per Week- Monday-Friday 1pm -5pm
1. Daily interaction with residents including answering telephone and greeting walk-ins
2. Opening mail and processing payments for Manager
3. Preparing bank deposits
4. Telephone inquires regarding accounts
5. Update database with current resident information as needed
6. Process welcome packages/update file information on new owners
7. Maintain recreation rentals/pool information; process paperwork/pool passes
8. Office mass mailing as needed
9. Maintaining and ordering office supplies
10. Creating and filing homeowners’ files
Must have reliable transportation and valid license. Must pass background check.
