"In late 2020 I felt a tug at my heart to look into living organ donation. After some research I decided to sign up to be a Non Directed Kidney Donor, meaning I would be happy to donate to anyone in the U.S. After my initial testing I found out I was a match for a man who happened to live 2 minutes up the street from me who I had never met. In July 2021, I donated my kidney to Bill and haven’t looked back since. Bill and I are now great friends and the best part is he no longer needs dialysis! We were born with the ability to change someone’s life. Don’t waste it. Donate life! 💙💚" #DonateLife

Wow, there are so many things I am grateful for... This one was unexpected and really has me with mixed feelings. I am grateful for this gift that allowed the donated tissues used in my knee surgery to give me the best chance at recovery and I truly hope God has helped their family with the loss of their loved one.

It's hard thinking of this as a reward per say. But knowing time is of the essence when dealing with fatalities to contact LifeNet Health. It's a must to act as quickly as you can to notify LifeNet Health in order to get the information to them and they can respond to either the hospital and/or morgue. Rapid mode of notification can safe multiple lives. Give the gift of life by becoming a doner on your Operator License!
