Hi all,
Bootsie was dropped by her breeder on her neck. The breeder never sought medical attention and now she’s paralyzed.
She’s currently at Two Hands Four Paws getting aqua therapy and was fitted for a wheelchair that fits her body. Once she loses weight she will get another wheelchair that fits her slim body.
We are doing right by her. We desperately need funds to keep her in rehab. This wasn’t a rescue we planned on, but we didn’t want this special girl to be euthanized without trying.
If you can PLEASE donate to help Bootsie out.

Look who had his Tumors removed. You guessed it- Teddy ❤️❤️❤️
Surgery was a huge success 🙌🏼🙌🏼
More updates to come. Thank you everyone who donated to helping us in helping him ❤️❤️
Don Julio had life changing surgery to give him back his vision. If you’ve experienced a dog who’s been blind for a long time and then given the gift of sight it’s pretty emotional.
We’d like to thank Hope For Paws, Dr Fahrer of Eye care center for animals, Jaa Bailey and his foster mom Erika for all partnering to give him a new life.
To all the donors and well wishers thank you so much.
It takes a village of people to make rescue successful.
So thankful for kind humans.
Don Julio was found on a road in South Central LA. He was near death, but a kind human stopped. She was shocked because she said people saw him laying in the road and kept passing him by. Tragically most people walk away. There’s usually that one who stops and attempts to help.
Don Julio is blind, but today he’s having life changing eye surgery, he’s at Eye Care Center in Culver City with Dr. Fahrer. She’s a leader with these kind of surgeries.
Today Don Julio is blind- Later today he will wake up with the ability to see again.
What a blessing for this once disposed of angel.
Jaa Bailey has been working non stop with Don Julio’s foster mom making sure his needs have all been met. Jaa woke up at 5 am to get him to the Hosptial today. There’s so much work involved with each dog. Commitment is the most important part of rescue.
Frosty ❤️
Frosty was hit by a car and taken to South LA animal shelter, we pulled him with the help of our friends @hopeforpawsrescue and @smartapproachvet & vet team. His life would change forever. His injuries were so bad which kept him in the hospital for months. Please see his video, he went on his first #beach trip with his new family. #rescued #fostered #adopted
Dr Pedraza & team, you seriously saved him in so many ways. You guys are really incredible. Thank you @hopeforpawsrescue for taking on the cases few do and believing they all deserve a chance.
Thank you Michael for fostering him and helping him trust. Fostering is so important in helping these beautiful animals. Michaels dedication to Frosty was 💯 since day one.
To his adoptive family- you saw a dog who needed help in trusting and instead of walking away you took the challenge as a bonding experience. I’m so happy you guys have each other and Frosty is a valued member of the family.
Thank you everyone who helped Frosty ❤️
Why is this angel not adopted yet? She’s so incredible. Her foster pop says “ Literally all she wants in life is to lay on the couch and chill with her humans”

She’s described as “dainty” how can we not help this angel. 13 years old, major medical issues, pittie mix, how do we not help her?
A foster is what’s needed, the missing puzzle piece.
Foster
She lost everything that she knew. Her human mom passed away and Sweet little Pepper’s life was flipped upside down. She waited by the door her mom would let her in and out of.
Pepper’s mom found her as a stray years ago and decided to keep her. She loved her more than anything so you can imagine the pain in this little dogs heart. She knew something wasn’t right and her mom was gone.
The family gave me two of her moms shirts and we wrapped her in them for comfort. It worked.
Pepper is going to be some work, but we are committed to helping her trust again. She’s experienced a terrible loss by the one person who never gave up on her.
Pepper is now in foster care decompressing and getting use to a new life.
I hope her mom is looking down from heaven and smiling on her baby.
This was one of the most heartbreaking rescues I’ve ever done.
Thank you everyone who advocated for her. Kelly, Jessica, Michelle and family.
The neighbors of peppers mom really are incredible people who looked out for pepper. I wish the world was full of people like them.
Thank you, Barb and Bonnie for fostering her. She couldn’t have better fosters... ❤️❤️
Balooja’s Foundation, we aren’t just a rescue we are a promise.

The past few days have been up and down with Mr. Furley. He wouldn’t eat, drink and couldn’t walk.
We know he’s a hospice case, but we wanted to make sure we had time to show him how incredible he is and how much he’s loved.
Today a miracle happened... he started to eat, drink and even walk.... the meds are helping him and Mr Furley is letting us know it’s not his time quite yet.
Keep up the good work papa. We all love you so much.

After what seemed like years... Blue who was a case dog had been incarcerated at the Lancaster Animal care center for over a month.
Tomorrow he’s headed to the vet for his full work up. His spirit is broken, but we are determined to bring his beautiful spirit back. I am so happy he’s out of the shelter. His foster family is so excited to welcome him home.
Our promise to Blue is to show him the most beautiful side of life. It’s his time to shine.
