TSA Alumni Spotlight:

Lisa Yang, Aerospace Engineer

Lisa served on the North Dakota TSA State Officer Team for five years and competed in various events, such as Dragster Design, Problem Solving, and Structural Engineering. She graduated from Dickinson High School in 2013 and attended MIT where she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering. Lisa interned for NASA and Northrop Grumman, an aerospace and defense company, where she is currently working. Lisa's best piece of advice for current TSA members is, "Explore potential interests and opportunities by taking advantage of TSA's plethora of events that envelope a wide range of STEM, communication, leadership, and others."

Warm greetings! Just a quick notice for those who want to learn communication tips and techniques to improve your skills and feel confident presenting academic or any other project. Lisa Patti, Communication coach and founder of AccentC3 is doing a free live workshop on October 3rd. Feel free to join! ✌️https://www.facebook.com/events/783052379180953/
A response from Gilbert Sanchez, GPYS Founder. I am ready to help those families in need during this troubling time. The one thing you should not have to worry about is what to do with your children when your priority as a parent is to make sure your family is safe and have the essentials to survive. I promise that GPYS will be there for your family in this time of need by Providing the GPYS E-Book totally FREE! Each E-Book is 4 Month, literally a day-to-day Guide that covers enough material to keep your child constantly occupied. I’m American and work for the Department of Defense with the Air Force, I care about our citizens and this is the least I can do for the United States of America. With COVID 19, which has transformed our daily lives into something that we are searching for in order to cope with this new “Normal” we are currently experiencing. With social distancing and needing guidance in what to do to live in this new normalcy, having something constructive and positive for your children to do is challenging for the majority of our parents out there. You no longer have to figure out what to do with your children because GPYS has the answer for you. GPYS E-Book is designed to not only keep the family structure strong, encouraging parental guidance through the process, but also to keep your children busy learning from tools that will improve their lives academically as well as holistically! There is enough material that will last them months of never ever hearing them say “I have nothing to do” or “ I’m bored”. The GPYS E-Book does have a social aspect to it, but as we get through this troubling time, we can focus on the physical, mental, emotional, psychological, nutritional and other aspects of their lives to make it a complete balance and holistic experience.

Greetings! We were at nationals this year in DC. My son seems to have misplaced his pin. I cannot locate them on the store website. Do you have any more or know where I can get one? Thanks!
This is the Google Drive link for the pictures that I took at NLC. I uploaded them at a higher quality than is available on Facebook. Use them. Share them. Enjoy them.
will the awards be live streamed?
Hi TSA! Happy Award's Ceremony time! LIVE STREAM LINK?
Please make the website more user friendly!! The "MyTSA" login should also be able to list events that you're signed up for and any other relevant forms and information. I found some important information for the students only by accident by spending an hour sifting through the website. Take a cue from the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC) that has an outstanding website with all necessary information at your fingertips once you're logged in.
Wow I like to do that
