After careful consideration of all our options and their impact on the safety of our members and the general public, the TPOM General Board voted not to hold a fall sale this year. We will continue to closely monitor the pandemics impact locally and remain hopeful that we'll still be able to hold our spring sale in a format that is safe for all involved.

Triangle Parents of Multiples is a nonpartisan organization that supports parents who have twins, triplets or more via our members-only Facebook group and website. In our ongoing support of the community and given recent events, this month we have chosen to support the NAACP, a national, nonpartisan civil rights organization with a $300 donation, and the LGBT Center of Raleigh, a local nonprofit organization that supports the wellbeing of our LGBTQ+ community without discrimination of political belief or affiliation with a $300 donation. •

Many of you probably didn’t know how involved TPOM is in our community! I’m going to take this opportunity to show you a few of the causes we donate our resources to on a monthly basis!

In January of 2020, TPOMNC made a $250 donation to The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation as a sponsorship for Ella’s Race 2020. Our board wanted to support our community and we know pediatric brain cancer diagnosis continue to grow.

Our club supports parents, who have twins, triplets or more via our members-only Facebook group and website, as well as twice a year consignment sales that are open to the public. We hold monthly support meetings, dinners out, play dates and other events throughout the year. Our current membership is 280 members strong and we are entering our 45th year! We are going to be having two virtual outreach dates on the calendar for November. There will not be an in-person outreach in November because it gets a little crazy with MoM's Mall.

We encourage you to use the links below to register for each date you can attend. If you don't get the chance to register ahead of time, just keep an eye out for the link on our page shortly before the meeting.

We have had a lot of success with Virtual Outreach in the past and I'm happy we are getting the opportunity to do them again. Hopefully, TPOMers who don't have the opportunity to make it to a physical meeting can enjoy some solidarity and have their burning questions answered! They have been approached by Fertility IQ which is a site geared at helping those seeking fertility doctors see reviews for the providers in their area. They would like to build the reviews of all providers and have offered Multiples of America a bonus for anyone we send their way that provides a review!

School Placement of Multiples Survey
