What you need to know today (January 11, 2021) about vaccine distribution in Loudoun County:

✔ We are responding to inquiries regarding vaccine distribution as quickly as we can, and adding additional capacity. There's no advantage to calling! It's best to email the Health Department at [email protected] if you are in Phase 1a or 1b.

✔ The Health Department is coordinating separate vaccination events for law enforcement, fire and hazmat, corrections and homeless shelter workers, and public school employees. If you are in one of these groups, you do not need to contact the Health Department to schedule appointments.

✔ Members of the 1a and 1b groups who have not been contacted by their employers, and residents over the age of 75 should send an email to [email protected]. Include your full name, email address, organization (if applicable), and basis for your inclusion in Phase 1a or 1b.

✔ You will receive an email from the Health Department regarding your status and requesting information that's needed to enter you in the system and schedule an appointment when the vaccine is available for you. Because the Commonwealth has prioritized the distribution of vaccines, we need to follow the prioritized list.

✔ It may take some time: we're receiving and responding to many emails right now, but please be patient! We are ramping up our systems as more vaccine becomes available and Virginia opens up new phases.

Because of CDC and State of Virginia COVID guidelines, changes have been made for the safety of our actors, volunteers and director.

*To make this experience as accessible to each actor as possible, the Arts For All Board, along with the Arts for All Programming Specialist and the Adaptive Recreation Specialist, will work with and support the parents and actors who may need accommodations.**
