Hanukkah begins tonight at sundown. As our Jewish community prepares to celebrate, JFCS wishes to share a special message, because we all need a little more light and warmth this year. Happy Hanukkah!
#MondayMindfulness In an average year, the upcoming holidays and winter ahead can cause extra stress, anxiety, or depression. We'll be bringing you mindfulness tips to help you start the week off in a calm and focused head space. This week, one of our therapists, Mara, leads us in a guided visualization meditation.

How to Claim Tax Deductions for Charitable Giving with Tax Cuts and Jobs Act
During December, your home and email inboxes overflow with donation requests and JFCS, along with all charity organizations, understand how each ask is carefully considered. In recent years, changes to tax laws have made donors even more thoughtful in their giving decisions. We asked our partners at Lear & Pannepacker, LLP to help explain what those changes really mean for charitable donations AND alternative ways to make a meaningful gift. #endofyear #charitabledonations #stockdonations
