Pittsburg Baseball/Softball Association Character, Courage & Loyalty Pittsburg Little League has been serving the people in Pittsburg and Bay Area area for the past 35 years. PLL offers baseball, softball and Challenger programs for children ages 4 - 18 years old.

Our program is centered around teaching children the fundamental of baseball and softball; developing critical thinking and decision making skills which will help guide their futures. We also provide an a safe, secure environment for children to have FUN!!!!

Player Evaluation Information:
Screening:
All players will be asked to complete an online form no more than 30 prior to their evaluation time.

Once at the park, players will go to the check-in table, have their temperature taken, and sanitize their hands.

Players will enter through the gate on 3rd base side and put their belongs along the fence

Leaving the field: Players will exist through the gate on the 1st base side.

Players are encouraged to bring their own gloves, helmet, and bat (and do not share). The league will provide a helmet if you do not have one.

Attire: Proper attire would be baseball pants, sweat pants, t-shirt/jersey, and cleats. No jeans or sneakers.

Parents/Spectators: At this time we are not having parents/spectators attend or watch evaluations. We are asking that you remain in your vehicle

We wanted to ensure we are clearly keeping you informed of upcoming events and other news. Please note the following:

1. Saturday March 27, 2021 evluations will begin, however, not all children will be present on that date or time slot

2. We will be sending out the scheduled dates and times for your child's division within the next couple of days.

3. If you didn't request a refund before July 15, 2020, the deadline has now expired and your fees have been automatically rolled to this upcoming season. If you choose not to play then the funds were forfeited.

If you should have additional questions or concerns, please send an email to [email protected]

We wanted to give a shootout to the City of Pittsburg! Thank you to Kollette, Anthony, Sally, Charles, and all other city staff that assisted behind the scenes including Pittsburg P.D! Our snackbar is now cleaned out. Everyone has been such a joy to work with although this isn't the most ideal situation. Your constant support NEVER goes unnoticed!

C4UA - California District 4 Little League Umpires

Congratulations Norm Downing

California District 4 is excited that we have two umpires selected to participate in the 2020 Western Regional tournaments.
Marco Rosen of Walnut Creek Little League will be in the Western Region Little League Baseball tournament in San Bernardino, and Norm Downing of Pittsburg Little League will be part of the Western Region Little League Softball tournament also in San Bernardino. Congratulations to both of this outstanding volunteers.
This marks 16 consecutive seasons with at least one regional or World Series assignment for an umpire from District 4. Thanks to everyone in the Western Region leadership for their continued support of our volunteer programs.

Hello Everyone!! I took my kids to the evaluations on the 1st, I'm hearing there has been some teams already practicing but I haven't received any info, am I missing something??
HI for the event tomorrow- is that an on line event? or do we have to be somewhere? is there anyone that can tell me what time and where it will be held? I have tried to contact someone via phone and email and I just don't want to miss out this season! thank you!!!!
