You’ve made it! This is the final (for now) installment of our RSES (Refill Station Education Series, not to be confused with recess!). In this lesson, we’ll wrap up some loose ends related to the use of and the contents of the refill station.
We’re slowly taking over the products in our refill stations. This means the majority of products in our refill station will bear our name. We’re doing this because it gives us greater control over the products, the quantity, and ingredients. It also allows us to be more agile with changing out the scented version of goods based on the season.
Tooth tabs, dish tabs, and laundry tabs are not per ounce. They are sold individually. For the laundry and dish tabs, the pouch is water soluble. The whole thing goes in and goes away. If you have an issue with your top load laundry machine, drop the tab in, fill with water, then add clothes. If your machine is HE just toss in the tab, the machine will do the rest.
Some products in our refill station are there to be tested. Vinegar, Castile soap, Epsom salt, and baking soda will remain in the station if there is a demand. On the chopping block so far is vinegar.
Our vinegar is best for small quantities. If you’re coming in for a lot of it, you’re better off getting it at a big box price-wise unless you absolutely don’t want the plastic.
If you happen to spill something while using the refill station, no worries. We have clean up rags and we’re also available to help clean up. Please let someone know so we can avoid any accidents with any of our other guests.
Lastly, thanks for being so awesome. We didn’t start from a formula. We’re still figuring things out as we go. We appreciate your feedback, support and understanding. Our guests who spread awareness to their friends and family has been the greatest compliment. It’s like growing our team of 5 to 500.
