The Pittsylvania Career and Technical Center in Chatham, Virginia did something tonight that was awesome. Trent Oswald a 2019 graduate of our Precision Machining Program took home the CNC Milling Gold Medal in June at the National SkillsUSA Championships in Louisville, Kentucky. So tonight at the football game at the high school he graduated from myself and Jessica Dalton, Principal of the Career and Technical Center had the distinct honor of presenting Trent and his instructor Justin Owen with a National Championship Ring! We are extremely proud of their accomplishments. A special thanks to his family, the many sponsors for supporting SkillsUSA and Dylan Hardy for his help in training Trent! #pctc #skillsusa #cncmilling #champion #cte
