ESOL Program

ESOL Program The Spanish Catholic Center was founded in October 1967 by the Archdiocese of Washington. It was founded to provide educational, health and basic need services to low income immigrants with limited English knowledge.

Spanish Catholic Center in Gaithersburg site began the ESOL Program since 1986. Purpose: Provide Basic English skills to low income immigrants focusing on life skill, communicative skills, reading comprehension and integration within the American culture.

Mission: "To strengthen the lives of those in need by giving help that empowers, and hope that lasts."
