Working with Cristo Rey Dallas interns like senior Ana Chavez makes our work all the more enjoyable.

“From one of the many teenagers who come from low-income households in Dallas, I’ve never imagined myself to be standing in big places. During my recent visit to the KATH, 910-AM radio station, I gave thanks to The Catholic Foundation for helping my grow as a person. Being part of the community foundation made me want to help others just like The Catholic Foundation does. Someday in the future, I plan to step foot on many more big places, and this is my start as I “Protect My Dream.”

You can listen to KATH-AM this Saturday (Oct. 23) at 3:10 p.m. to hear an interview as host Dave Palmer talks to Cheryl Mansour, SVP of Donor Relations and Darina Padian, VP of Development. Listen online: https://www.grnonline.com/en/northtexas/?station=KATH#listennow

We had two staff members receive the Work of Heart Award from The Catholic Foundation. We are truly blessed to have such wonderful staff members. Congratulations Ms. Hassell and Mrs. Rutledge!! 💙🐾🎉💯🤩💖
This morning, Robert Fuentes, our Director of the Custodial and Maintenance Department here at SPX, was presented with the Work of Heart Award from Matt Kramer, the President, and CEO of The Catholic Foundation. The Work of Heart Award Program was created in partnership with The Catholic Foundation by a donor who sought to achieve a unique charitable purpose. The award, funded by a grant from The Catholic Foundation, was originally created in 2005 by a generous Dallas family dedicated to Catholic education who wished to remain anonymous. The Work of Heart Award Program draws upon the resources, expertise, and creativity of The Catholic Foundation to use a designated fund to recognize full-time teachers, administrators, and staff of Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high schools in the Catholic Diocese of Dallas. Congratulations, Robert! #spxtigers #spxstrong #spxdallasschool #spxunited #spxstaff #workofheartaward
