You are invited to a free seminar on "Stress Anxiety and Heart Health" from 12 to 1:30 on January 19. Please RSVP by 17 January so we can arrange refreshments - all are welcome to attend!

Dr. Raya, a double-board certified cardiologist and internal medicine doctor, will speak about a holistic approach to conditions like high blood pressure, cholesterol, hormonal imbalances, and more. If you're sick of just putting band-aids on big problems and are looking for a completely different approach to medicine - this is it!

If you are experiencing:

-A hormonal imbalance or symptoms of one (weight gain, anxiety, exhaustion, trouble sleeping)
-Menopause
-Heart health problems or cardiovascular disease
-Or just a general feeling of being unwell…

This lecture is for you!

The lecture will focus on stress, anxiety, and heart health. You will have an opportunity to book an initial appointment with the practitioner team at the Vitology Institute. We are passionate about identifying root cause, reversing chronic disease and empowering true health and healing.

Plus, you will learn…

-How hormone imbalances – in men and women – trigger stress and anxiety
-How high cholesterol – which you may not even realize you have – impacts your health.
-What really works – a safer, long-term approach to health

Our Speaker

Dr. Raya is committed to the idea that patients have the ability to reverse disease, foster health, and achieve ultimate wellness. He is dedicated to tackling the root causes of chronic conditions by utilizing the power of functional medicine to disrupt our current healthcare model. The team at the Vitology Institute works daily to encourage patients to heal their bodies and energize their minds. Dr. Raya is a practicing integrative cardiologist and functional medicine physician. As an international speaker and trained behavioral coach, he is a recognized leader in the fields of weight loss, metabolic syndrome, and preventive cardiology.

Growing up, Dr. Raya was interested in medicine as a means of improving people's lives by helping them overcome health challenges and foster wellness. Following his medical training and specialization in cardiology, Dr. Raya identified missing elements in the traditional treatment of patients. Utilizing a comprehensive approach that includes functional medicine, motivational psychology, integrative modalities, and shifting behaviors, his work at the Vitology Institute helps patients reach their healthcare goals in record time. Dr. Raya works closely with cutting-edge labs to discover hidden risks in clients' overall health. In turn, this provides him with insights that allow him to radically transform their mindset, biochemistry, personal habits, and ultimately lose weight and triple their energy.

Winter Yoga class embraces physical practices that complement the Vata elements of winter with grounding, stabilizing and warming sequence. With the beauty and color of the fall, yoga can help us manage cold and flu season through some simple daily tips you can easily integrate into your life.

Want to become an entrepreneur?

Come to the FREE workshop, starting on September 15th!
The workshop is 4 classes and takes place on Sundays from 4-5 p.m.

My name is Parnika Saxena, and I am a junior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Over the past years, I have participated in several business competitions and clubs, which has invoked a wonderful entrepreneurial spirit within me! Now, my hope is to hold a workshop that will have the same impact on kids in grades 1-8!

This workshop is an 4-week crash course that covers the key concepts of product development, marketing, and public speaking. After each student brainstorms an idea for a product, I will help the students evolve their idea by teaching them how to create prototypes, make graphic models, do market research, advertise creatively, and pitch their product ideas to potential investors. In the end, a business competition will be held where students can apply the skills that they have learned from the workshop.

This Product Development, Marketing, and Public Speaking 1-Month Workshop for Grades 1-8 will be a very fun learning experience, and I am very excited to meet everyone!
