The community is adjacent to Stone Bridge High School and walking distance to Belmont Ridge Elementary School and the W&OD Trail. The Board of Directors meet at the community center the second Tuesday each month at 7pm.

The Belmont Greene Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Belmont Greene community pool will be opening on Monday, July 6th. All pool users will be required to follow requirements of Virginia’s Safer at Home: Phase 3 Opening Executive Order. Pool operations have been adjusted accordingly and will be noticeably different to ensure your safety, with enhanced screening of all pool users, strict 10’ social distancing, reduced user count, enhanced cleaning, and a new block schedule to meet all Virginia Phase 3 requirements. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Below is a list of the changes and expectations for all pool users. We must all work together and abide by the rules set to ensure we are following the social distancing and safety guidelines.
New Pool Operational Guidelines & Requirements:
1. Normal pool operating hours – 10 AM – 8 PM
2. Pool operations will be divided into four, 2-hour blocks daily, with ½ hour cleaning of hard surfaces between blocks as required for Phase 3.
a. Block 1: 10 AM – Noon
b. Block 2: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
c. Block 3: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
d. Block 4: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
3. Pool users will be screened upon entering the pool, including a health check to ensure users do not have a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher and/or are experiencing any other COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with a confirmed COVID-19 case within the prior 14 days.
4. Anyone with a fever and/or COVID symptoms and/or has been exposed to a COVID-19 case within the prior 14 days will NOT be allowed into the pool area.
5. All pool users will be required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the COVID-19 social distancing requirements and exposure risks upon entering the pool, with specific clauses to screen pool users and clauses holding BG harmless for any potential exposure to, or transmission of COVID-19.
6. Pool users during each block will be identified by a colored Tyvek wrist band, with different colors for each block.
7. All pool users MUST maintain 10’ social distancing, though families can sit together as a group.
8. Blocks will be limited to the first 55 residents, first come, first serve. Once the capacity is reached, residents will need to wait for the next block.
9. At the end of each 2-hour block, ALL pool users must leave the pool area and bath house entirely.
10. Crystal Aquatics will clean all pool hard surfaces (ie. sinks, tables, bathrooms, door handles, etc.) during the 30 min cleaning blocks.
11. The pool lounge chairs will not be used/available (lounge chairs will remain the in the storage shed) and pool toys/floats will NOT be allowed. Residents can bring their own chairs/towels for sitting on the deck.
12. The pool fountain and all splash features will not be used.
13. The pool will be open to residents of Belmont Greene ONLY, no guests.
14. Hand sanitizer will be available in the pool house, though residents are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.
15. Vending machines will NOT be available at the pool.
In accordance with the Governor’s order, we strongly recommend you wear a cloth mask on the pool deck and masks are required as you enter to pool area, in the bathrooms, and during the health screening process and check-in for pool users. Groups should follow all governmental guidance regarding group size and social distancing practices. Should Crystal Aquatics see these guidelines broken, the area will be cleared out immediately.
We appreciate your understanding of the restricted operating conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic and look forward to an enjoyable and safe pool season.

The Public Hearing in front of the LC Board of Supervisors for the Commercial Center (Land Bay 2) is fast approaching on July 15 at 6:00 PM.

SURVEY DUE before JUNE 1st:
The Belmont Greene Board of Directors seeks community input regarding Atapco’s revised commercial and residential development plan, submitted to Loudoun County in May 2020, located adjacent to the existing Belmont Greene community. The 20-question survey will provide important information regarding community opinions and the support for, or opposition to the revised Atapco development plan for Land Bay 2, and specific elements of that plan.
During this time of quarantine, Atapco is continuing to quickly push their project forward and the Belmont Greene Board is engaging with the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to ensure the community’s interests are expressed and understood. Please click on the START SURVEY link below and take a few minutes before June 1st to provide your input so that the Belmont Greene Board of Directors can accurately represent the community’s interests as we move forward.

Parents as summer approaches and children are outside more be sure to remind them to be safe while riding their bikes, walking or playing ball in the alleys. Also discuss with them that destroying property or being unkind to animals is not an acceptable behavior.

Pet Policy: Reminders from page 2
The following shall be grounds for complaint and finding of a community nuisance:

A. Pets damaging or defiling any portions of the Common Areas and any private property not
the pet’s owners.
B. Pets causing unsanitary, dangerous, or offensive conditions; or pets kept in such a manner
as to cause unsanitary conditions.
C. Pets which are frequently and/or habitually making or causing noises of sufficient volume to
interfere with other residents' rest or peaceful enjoyment of the Property.
D. Pets which molest, attack, or otherwise interfere with the freedom of movement of persons,
other pets or wild animals, creating a disturbance in any other way on the Common Areas or
private property not the pet’s owner.
