We are a 100 % Volunteer Organization - Trying to make a difference - supporting our Service members, Veterans and their families

• Making a difference in the lives of our Veterans, Soldiers and their Families. • Addressing the needs of our Service Members, Veterans, and their families through the hosting of and participating in special events, workshops (including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD and Trauma), concerts, speaking engagements, and Military Support Events (including sporting events and Challenge Games.) • Our goals are to ensure that every deployed Service Member and Veteran in a Veteran’s home or hospital receives a care package or care letter. Annual year-round support and the Challenge America Campaign (July and November--national packing events) help to support these goals. • WWPTS is a partnership developed over many years with Dell, Microsoft, Sprint, Verizon and AT&T. Through these collaborative partnerships, this program provides Hardware Capital (Dell Laptops-with MS Office and Windows OS), Knowledge Capital (four days of MS Office, Web and Social media training provided by certified Microsoft instructors), and Social Capital (Active Broadband provided by Verizon) used to access the internet anywhere. This training enables Wounded Warriors to connect to family, unit, case workers, and the Microsoft on-line academy, to complete their individual course modules and receive specific Microsoft Certifications. These tools are critical for our Soldiers to continue their training, education, and stay connected with family, social, and professional networks/organizations. • Respond to the needs and facilitate support for our Service Members, Veterans, and their family members.

We sent over a thousand Cards of Hope, Kindness, Thanks, and Caring to the Veterans (Soldiers) Home in Holyoke Massachusetts. As part of our Annual Holiday Care Letter Campaign of sending 300,000 Care Letters to our Veterans in Veterans Homes and Hospitals (Nationwide) and to our Deployed – The Veterans Home in Holyoke has received annual Care Letter packages for the past nine years. Many Veterans at this home have lost their lives to COVID 19, the remaining Veteran residents are in isolation until the protocols are revised. These Veterans Cards of Hope, Concern, Kindness and Gratitude were shipped several weeks ago - the staff will follow all the protocols prior to the Veterans receiving. These cards FROM A GRATEFUL NATION – will be read to the Veterans, taped to their room walls/hallways and displayed in other areas throughout the Home “Together We Can”

General information

Are you guys doing the books for kids at the Fort Belvoir Hospital tomorrow? If so, is there a time?
Hi Americas Adopt A Soldier, it's Kyndal. Hey Americas Adopt A Soldier, I saw that ya'll need some more letters for the troops who are deployed, I just want to tell ya'll, that I got a letter wrote, and I just put it in the mail box, now I just got to wait for the mail man to run. And my letter will be on it's way to ya'll for ya'll to put it in a care package to be sent to a service member for me. I hope that the service member who gets their letter from me, I hope they will like it. And that it will make and brighten their day!!
