Nice gift leading into our holiday break! CyberPatriot HQ released combined scores for the 2 qualifying rounds of Season XI. SER-TN-148 teams are seeded 1st in Platinum and 1st in Gold Tiers going into the State Round 11-13 Jan 2019. During that round, all scores start at 0 for each team, so based on the performances this year, it looks to be anyone's prize among 3 CAP teams for the Tennessee State Award

12/16/2018

Congratulations to Cadet Capt Matthew Mansouri for becoming Unit 148's next Cadet Commander for the first term of 2019.

During his CAP career, he has distinguished himself in all 3 missions of Civil Air Patrol: he consistently promoted, attended NCSA's including the Honor Guard Academy, consistently contributed to Emergency Services, and pursued the challenging aspects of solo'ing a CAP Cessna aircraft. In doing so, he distinguished himself above what was expected and always maintained a positive and persevering attitude along with strong attendance to both regularly scheduled meetings and special activities.

It is because of these and many more reasons as to why Cadet Mansouri has been selected as our next Cadet Commander.
