Rapid Response Monitoring Services, Inc.

Rapid Response Monitoring Services, Inc.

Our services have been declared essential.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has designated Rapid Response Monitoring as a Security Operations Command Center during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rapid Response will be counted on in this time of crisis to continue delivering critical security, fire, and life safety monitoring services, without interruption.

Our dual, full-load monitoring centers are prepared for disaster by design; each can seamlessly pick up 100% of all signals we monitor should there be a sudden interruption at the other. Each also has redundancies that support the continuation of vital monitoring, such as quadruplicated generators, private SONET rings, and triple-redundant MPLS.

These security-continuity measures cannot be implemented in-home. Relying on residential internet providers and local power grids does not provide adequate uptime. Instead, we invested in the most extensive protections in the industry to ensure location-tailored solutions for the safety of our on-site staff. Some of these include:

— 100% Touch-less Restrooms: All restrooms are single-stall, gender-neutral, with fully-automated controls

— Advanced Air Handling: UV-Light kills airborne pathogens, including the COVID-19 virus; dynamic filtering & airflow minimizes germ spread

— Social Distancing: Glass dividers separate workstations, and non-essential staff have been moved off-site

— Face Masks: Masks are required when moving around the building or when working in a standing position at convertible desks

— Cleaning: 24/7/365 cleaning staff follow hourly rotations to ensure all surfaces & touchpoints are sterilized with hospital-grade products

We recognize the vital importance of maintaining operational continuity, and so our primary concern is the safety and welfare of our monitoring staff. With new protocols and expanded preparedness practices, we pledge to protect our people so they can continue protecting life and property for all who count on us.
