Bro where are you I have been looking for you for years talk to me I am on Facebook it's been long
Still boggles my mind that these incredible books were/are banned.
A wise man once told me, be careful of what you see someone do to others, on the right day and given the right situation, they'll do the same thing to you. Be mindful of taking pleasure in the pain of others. ~Author Unknown
I tell this story every September 11...but it bears repeating. September 10, 19 years ago, I won the one and only thing I’ve ever won. I called the Kimmer Show (Atlanta talk radio show) on the outside chance of seeing the Phillies play the Braves, back when Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire were trying to beat the 61 home run record set a long time ago by Roger Maris. They were hot on his trail and McGuire was in the lead. He was expected to break the record against the Braves, and I got lucky and won a pair for 9/11. My building partner and I were in downtown Atlanta at the station and after I picked my pair up, plus a copy of the movie “61”, my dad called me and told me that it was reported a commuter jet had hit one of the World Trade Center towers. We raced over to the Varsity, parked and ran into the 55 Chevy room just in time to see the second plane hit the other tower. I’ll never forget the shrieks and the crying of those in that room. Then we got word that terrorists had numerous other planes and a few were headed for Atlanta. On that day, I’ve never seen more camaraderie and kindness when it came to traffic flow, letting people out, in, over....in my life. They never replayed that game, and I still have my untorn tickets.
We Extremely Enjoyed The Golden Girls Trivia Game With Jessica SassyJay Leggett Please Do This Again Maybe Every Week... Great Job😍😍😍
It’s Friday...”Book em”
Reading a book on magic. Not sure if I’ve got this right...but I’ve got a few Twix up my sleeve.
I’m currently reading a Stephen King novel in Braille. Something bad is about to happen...I can feel it.
Daylight savings is like cutting a foot off the top of a blanket and sew it to the bottom of a blanket and thinking you have a longer blanket.
Some assembly required.
I’ve noticed that all the great authors have been strangely silent concerning cheese...
