‏More than family needs a help Be the helper hand
Frequent talk, meetings and conferences did not come as a result of effective reduction of road accidents by half until 2020, because not yet provide support required to implement the inventions that contribute to the achievement of the program required. If every event or conference has been interested in providing effective support for one invention or innovation, we will have large numbers that contribute strongly to the implementation of the program to reduce the killing of Million, 350 thousand human beings annually,(3500 daily) Even if the accident reduction rate is 10% the lives of 350 people will be preserved daily, And causing losses of 500 billion US dollars,(If a 10% halt occurs, $ 50 billion will be available to change the world's economy) To avoid night vehicle accidents because the night lighting system has not been developed in a very narrow space, the front of the vehicle does not allow the installation of any control device in the direction of the light dazzling away from the eyes of others (causing severe interference in the vision since the invention of the first car in 1886 to now, by speed of kilo meter second 300,000 to hit the optic nerve force of the person or animals are not qualified to bear this strong blow and cannot tolerate and temporary blindness is the main reason to increase nighttime accidents The only directing available now is to turn off or turn on the light. I’m from Egypt at Africa, Two inventions were implemented to develop the night lighting system, patents No, 26771 year 2011 (Extra Spotlights through Xenon, Laser or LED Bulb) and patent No, 29238 year 2014 (A device that provides powerful lighting for all types of vehicles using lights tubes without dazzled) from, Academy of Scientific Research in Cairo Egypt. Africa and Asia are two continents where more than half of the world's people live and have enormous wealth but unfortunately have not yet been used because of the lack of luminous ways to travel long distances to exploit these wealth to open new fields of work, track down Nearly half of the world's road crashes are now available based on the report of international bodies. Must be the World Bank-led Global Road Safety, and all international bodies, and responsibility for the preservation of the lives of these peoples as facility to be plays a critical part in helping the continent improve its road safety record with submitting all way supported to road safety management capacity reviews in several at African and Asia countries, This depends on the implementation of all inventions and innovations that contribute to stop accidents and facilitate travel security during the night because there are no paved roads sufficient to allow the movement of a large number of people, as the establishment of paved roads illuminated costs the budgets of these countries large sums of moneys. 1-The most important elements in the actual application of sustainable development are the establishment of a complete transport network without accidents, with implementation of inventions that contribute to this, As will the amounts of money now spent in preventing illegal immigration if spent on the implementation of new innovations and inventions that preserve the lives of people because it is the most expensive thing in existence, because he is the key element in the practical application of sustainable development , There are only one year remaining at the end of the time allotted for implementing the plan towards SDG 3.6: “By 2020, halve the number of global deaths and injuries from road traffic accidents, These will be the beginning of providing easy transportation without accidents for transportation workers to work places with the means of production to plant true hope, After that, the people will not think of immigration and endanger their lives or imprisonment. Also security and transport are two sides of a single coin, called sustainable development, because the spread of security among people requires rapid movement everywhere without accidents. Light control stops the diffraction and of light reflection from snow when it falls and covers everything on the roads with a white crystalline layer, considering that the crystalline ice property becomes a powerful reflector of light from everything on the road collides with the strong night lighting system now used directly in all vehicles where it starts the light is a random force in all directions without control and the road becomes ignited, causing severe interference to the drivers vision and all those on the road, The practical solution available is to control the steering of the light in front of the vehicle only, at a level near the ground to reduce the reflections of light on all places covered by snow; this is only available at using invention. Also when the fog suddenly falls, the powerful foreground lighting used in all the vehicles becomes very confusing because the fog is made up of small atoms of water v***r. When the light collides with it, Which consists of contiguous straight photons at speeds of kilo meter second 300,000, to collide with steam atoms and move them between them at the same speed and as a result of the heat of friction between them are divided into parts moving very quickly to become a curtain prevents vision, so we find the fog moving at the brightness of light and then ev***rates. Therefore, the invention controls the high level of light from the Earth so that the movement of fog water v***r atoms) is far from the level of view of the driver and others. 2-The most important elements for the completion of vaccines for all persons in isolated areas and remote villages, depends on establishment of a complete transport network without accidents, by implementing the inventions that contribute to this. For the benefit of the rich countries before the poor countries so as not to spread the infection among all the peoples of the world, must provide all kinds of support and attention to all new inventions and innovations in the field of transport that reduce accidents to maintain life and facilitate the movement of medical staff around the world to apply full immunizations against diseases on All the poor people in everywhere, Because spreading health awareness and treating the spread of diseases among people needs an accident-free transport to reach populations at distant remote places so as not to be a center of contagion all over the world as has been the case before for AIDS and Ebola where it started in Africa and then spread everywhere, Because the lack of safe transportation prevents access to those for not completed the full immunizations, and then we have to spend a lot of money in treatment. 3- If we want to spread education to all peoples, we must establish a transport network with accident reduction to facilitate safe travel for students from remote outlying villages to places of education in major cities. 4- Also to reduce environmental pollution for lights and global warming, what is Light Pollution? Most of us are familiar with air, water, and land pollution, but did you know that light can also be a pollutant? The inappropriate or excessive use of artificial light – known as light pollution – can have serious environmental consequences for humans, wildlife, and our climate. By joining IDA you can make a difference in protecting our Planet, saving billions of dollars in wasted energy, and connecting future generations with our legacy of starry skies. [email protected] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fp2Jx-r8fPc&feature=youtu.be
The relationship between strong lighting of vehicles at night, with environmental pollution of the lights and global warming. Climate change is extremely dangerous. Every sensible person must take care of it and apply all solutions that contribute to stopping this danger coming for the sake of itself and future generations. Why there is no interest in the issue of environmental pollution for lighting, although one of the important reasons for pollution is the rapid spread of the population because of the continuous increase in the population with the continued expansion of new cities to accommodate this increase, especially in poor areas where they have no information about the harmful effects of Environment, there are scientific bulletins talking about the devastating effects of environmental life on the ground due to light pollution. Do we wait for the problem to get worse and then we cannot solve it. With more than 70 percent of the world's population expected to live in cities by 2050, urban resilience has never been more important — or more urgent. What is Light Pollution? Most of us are familiar with air, water, and land pollution, but did you know that light can also be a pollutant? The inappropriate or excessive use of artificial light – known as light pollution – can have serious environmental consequences for humans, wildlife, and our climate. By joining IDA you can make a difference in protecting our Planet, saving billions of dollars in wasted energy, and connecting future generations with our legacy of starry skies. This subject has come a long way in the alert to the danger environmental of light pollution; there are many states in America agencies interested in sustainable development who worked on this new area. It is the latest developments in the environment and science in the field of pollution of the environment for lights applied and developed laws that limit the spread of this pollution has adverse effects on all life and increase the climatic changes and natural disasters as the attached report, Short-lived climate pollutants, such as methane, black carbon, hydro fluorocarbons (HFCs) and tropospheric ozone, have a powerful effect on global temperatures, and many are also damaging air pollutants. For example, methane is a potent greenhouse gas with a global warming impact 86 times higher than that of carbon dioxide over a 20-year time horizon. It is also the largest precursor to ground-level ozone, a major component of smog, which can worsen bronchitis and asthma and damage lung tissue. Troposphere ozone exposure alone is responsible for an estimated one million premature deaths each year. All these pollutants increase strongly when exposed to strong lighting and ev***rate to rise in the Earth's atmosphere. Also according to the World Bank report, Rapid urbanization and motorization: Cities will be home to some 5.4 billion residents by 2050, equivalent to 2/3 of the projected global population the number of vehicles on the road will double to reach 2 billion by 2050 Carbon is not the only cause of environmental pollution but other elements are involved in this pollution, such as caused by uncontrolled steering of powerful vehicles lighting, Its rapid spread as a result of population growth and an increase in car usage, also there is now a new science of environmental pollution because also most important problem in the night lighting system used now at all vehicles is one of the important reasons for the spread of lighting pollution, but to date no one mentioned anything about light pollution of night lighting system for all vehicles user now, because of the lack alternatives to His Majesty... One of the main reasons for the spread of light pollution is the night lighting system currently used in all vehicles because the place of installation has not developed any practical development since the invention of the first car in 1886 till now,, Where the light of, like a shot with random force in all directions even to sky, without control at a speed of kilo meter second 300,000 to hit the optic nerve force of the person or animals are not qualified to bear this strong blow and cannot tolerate and temporary blindness is the main reason to increase nighttime accidents. Because now there is no any control in steering the light away from the eyes of others, the only control available now is to turn on the lighting or stop. Wherefore I've implemented a patented for, A patented for (Extra Spotlights through Xenon, Laser or LED bulbs) a strong lightens by using lights tubes and nanotechnology. Innovation for all vehicles, to development of night lighting system currently used in all vehicles to reduce night accidents, environmental pollution for the light, To increase and enhance night vision and control the orientation of light dazzled there has been no any development since invention of first car. Is done by creating powerful lighting, With installation inside body vehicle to the rear is far from the front, to control such glow on, then redirected to the front for radiate through Tubes - for Lighting within it a nanotechnology-treated lighting element, to support and increase the power of lighting, They are installed inside the projector at specific angles and degrees to control the diffusion and direction of light is not dazzling in the level of horizontal near the ground in front of the vehicle far from seeing others. Light sensors mounted at the driver's view level and above the light exit slot at the front, with mobile communications system is created between the lighting sensors to control the operation of a small motor inside the vehicle to raise and drop the projector from the rear to change the angle of light exit by the front to hide the vision of the lights dazzled, to prevent confusion of vision. Also control the spread of light with random force in all directions up to the sky to violate the darkness of the night sky is one of the important reasons for the warming of the Earth, the evidence of high temperature places that light up high temperature for the dark places.
