#7ansMariagePourTous

LGBT+ Leadership Programme at ESCP Europe

🏳️‍🌈We are very proud to be supported by ESCP Business School, that created last year the first LGBT+ executive education program on Berlin Campus. This intensive 4-day programme is designed to develop and strengthen your personal leadership skills, practice design thinking and grow a powerful network to push your career to the next level. In association with the global experience for LGBT+ Diversity of PROUT AT WORK, participants will develop an authentic approach to leading their employees, while encouraging them to employ novel tools and techniques in dealing with others. With these key elements, they will create a more meaningful impact in your organization and develop strategies on how to leverage the potential of diversity in their work environment.

🏳️‍🌈 Speakers : Stella Tiendrebeogo

Stella is a psychologist and sex-therapist.
She uses social networks to democratize and "destigmatize" issues related to mental health. “I consider myself a committed psychologist who advocates for better mental health, but especially for people who are far from psychological care for various reasons. The people who react to my posts are those with whom I would not have had the opportunity to exchange otherwise, because there are obstacles to reaching the office of a psychologist. ”

Our Story

For the English version please scroll down.

LGBT Talents was launched in December 2016 by ESCAPE, an ESCP Europe student association. The first edition of LGBT Talents took place on 25 March 2017 on the Paris campus of ESCP Europe. Sponsored by the audit firm Mazars, the consulting firm McKinsey & Company and the technology giant Google, it included three interactive conferences, workshops, lunch, and a networking cocktail.

The 18 speakers that spoke came from large multinational companies, associations, and politics. Speakers included professionals from Google, McKinsey & Company, Accenture, BNP Paribas, General Electric, Deutsche Bank, PwC, All Inclusive!, Facebook, Paris Bar, Le Grand Journal and OUTstanding.

The 3 main questions discussed during the one conference were:

  • How to be completely yourself at work?

  • How can we improve the daily lives of LGBT+ people in companies?

  • Is being LGBT+ a barrier to professional advancement?
  • The third edition, sponsored by BCG, Accenture, ESCP Europe, IBM, General Electric, Bloomberg, Eversheds Sutherland, and Herbert Smith Freehills, will take place on 16 February 2019 on the Paris campus of ESCP Europe.
