Singapore is definitely a city where nature and technology merge.
The Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay are one of the most emblematic spots in Singapore, and probably one of the most photographed places in the city. There are 18 of them and they can measure up to 50 meters high.
Moreover, those mesmerizing trees are not only visually fascinating, but also a masterpiece of sustainability. They are a source of energy generated through solar panels, and they are also an irrigation system from filtered rainwater.
Japanese food is probably one of the most famous cuisines in the world, and Singapore is not oblivious about it. Then, this city is definitely not lacking options when you are craving one of its most popular dishes.
However, Japanese cuisine is not only made up of savory dishes such as sushi or ramen, but also of amazing teas and desserts. And HVALA is for sure of the most immersive places to try the Japanese culture and the best of its sweet treats.
With an impressive decoration and unique flavours is undoubtedly an excellent place for the afternoon tea. This time we tried different assorted teas, a spongy Earl Grey cake and a tasteful sesame pie.
YouTube and India’s comedy heartthrob is coming back to Singapore after 2 years with his unique blend of humor and music. Happening at the Shine Auditorium, the show is going to be a full house ultimate laughter hour! He’s ready to share his views on animals, birds and the laziness in the world 😛 yet again with his unique, cute comedy. If you’re still looking to have a perfect Friday night as the month comes to an end (and as the salary drops in your bank :P), rush to the website and book your tickets RIGHT NOW as it’s going to be sold out soon guys 😀
Tickets: Sistic
Where? Shine Auditorium
When? 22nd November

Arab Street in Singapore is one of the most vivid areas in the city; full of colorful fabrics, middle eastern cuisine and culture
Masjid Sultan Mosque, which is 200 years old, is at the center of this quarter. With multiple bars along Haji Lane and trendy hangouts, it's also a creative hub and an entertainment destination in the city.
So guys, we decided to take a little detour from the usual articles which are the top things to do. We thought, let’s get you the best activities to do on the weekends. Honestly, there’s a lot going on everywhere. Every mall has a new pop-up store, sales or you could even go volunteer and spend a part of your day on a good cause. You can always visit our previous articles to pick up on some touristy things you haven’t been able to cover or hit that perfect café that lightens your stress and brightens your mood. This list is strictly for you to enjoy the Deepavali long weekend. Trust me, you MUST visit Little India. The vibes you will get, just by being amongst people of different communities, cultures will give you such an interesting experience. Till date, I find out something new and peculiar about people of my own country through these festivities. It’s the perfect definition for bonding!
So I hope that you have a unique and a festive weekend. Chuck the stress, Relax a little, and Wish you a Happy and Prosperous Deepavali!

Without doubt whenever you think about Singapore the first thing coming to your mind will probably be the famous Grove Trees at Gardens by the Bay. Or maybe the beaches at Sentosa, or even all the rooftops and buildings around the city.
And yes! It is for sure a great place for sightseeing and for enjoying the upscale lifestyle. However, Singapore has much more things to offer; it is also a place full of cultural spaces.
And undoubtedly the National Library is one of the most interesting buildings. Located near Bugis, this magnificent construction is certainly different from other libraries around the world. It is a space where locals and expats go to find a bit of peace.
People visit it to read, to study or just to relax while watching Netflix. It offers many exhibitions and you can even find a cafeteria and gardens inside. It is definitely a place you will enjoy while in Singapore.
Who needs love when there’s a thing called ‘Shopping’, right? ;) Well, I know for sure, the shopping freak in you is telling you to let yourself out, go spend some money and get some happiness. So, we have got you covered! Just read the article above to know some of the best and visit-worthy shopping malls/places. What’s better? It’s not just all about clothes; we have got a surprise visitor who made into the list :P What are you waiting for? In such a vibrant city like Singapore, full of skyscrapers and lights, and where the weather allows you to enjoy an outside view; a rooftop is probably one of the best ideas to enjoy an evening. Good news! Singapore has tons of them. You will definitely have a wide variety of options to choose from to live this experience.
This time, we visited Mr. Stork on Andaz. Located on the 39th floor of this building, this rooftop has undoubtedly a unique charm. It’s maybe the tippy-like reserved seats, or the garden setting inspired cocktails or just the welcoming environment, but it is a must visit rooftop when living in Singapore.
Enjoy with us our Ruby and Grapefruit cocktails, which you should for sure try when climbing up until Mr. Stork.
I’m sure you would have found your “the” place to study and work from our previous article. But guess what? Now it’s time to find a place where you can chill, catch your breath and eat lots of good food. You’re right! I’m talking about cafes. This article mentions a few really cozy, authentic and flavourful cafes you would wanna lookout for your next brunch. Give it a read to find out your “haven” and also to find out what’s coming next. 😍
Whether it is year-end or exam period, these days we’re always slumped with work. Presentations, reports, and group works, all on top of exams. And let’s be honest, we all need the perfect place to concentrate and get done with our work, right? Preferably, FREE, correct? That’s exactly what we’re up to next. Find out more about the places where you can chill and work for free (and some even come with complimentary snacks 😜)!
Food isn’t just something you eat for survival, it’s an emotion. It can make the dull days bright and the sad days happy. Food is almost like the next best thing after family to find comfort in (of course, after your bed).
We say, Singapore, the sunny island, is a food haven. This article is the perfect starting guide for exploring Singapore’s food. To find out why we say this, click on the link below and give the article a heartfelt read.

With hundreds of services for every little inconvenience, one often wonders whether all the problem areas of today’s world have been already resolved. But very often it’s a matter of looking a tad closely and one can clearly see what can be further improved or made better for someone. As it’s said ‘Experience is what you got by not having it when you need it’.
At XACCO, we started with this premise and kept building on it for a service that can help young students traveling to new cities or new countries in search of university education and enriching experience.
International Student Exchanges
More and more students are opting for exchange semesters for developing a global perspective. In addition to an academic consideration, factors like the quality of life in a city, exposure to a new language, fun and socializing opportunities are important considerations while choosing an exchange destination.
Exchange accommodation
A young student often finds it hard to make the right decision about location, budgets, and the legal formalities; not to mention the considerable apprehensions about the new city and the new culture.
There is an inherent lack of trust in local rental agents. When you are sitting in another part of the globe, trust and safety are valid concerns for parents and the loved ones. As a result, either a student relies on hearsay, web research or a recommendation from a friend and makes a judgment call.
XACCO Global Hospitalities delivers a professional service with a trustworthy student connect, sharing real time experience, information resources, all under one platform, which can make university exchange a wonderful experience.
