Hi, I thro Nordstrom online website brought a handbag on 2019.10.27. on 2019.11.08, I received a wrong handbag from shop. After checking, an internal errors made by Nordstrom, and sent the incorrect handbag to me. The shop request me refund the bag first and re-order later. however, it had a new price for my purchase one on 2019.10.27, it needed raise more HKD3000 for buy the handbag same as my ordered before. photo as below, please help me to settle the matter because it make me troubled.
